Making A Purchase: To order your Tracking device, simply browse our web site to find the Tracker you require then click on the Booking form, you will find this on each product page. Complete the form and press Continue, we will acknowledge that we have received your order via email. We then process your order and re-contact you to confirm the date of the installation. Nice and simple. |

Shipping And Handling: All goods will be dispatched as soon as is practical. Goods will normally be sent by next day courier, unless otherwise stated.

| Delivery Schedule: We process your order right away or at least within two business days. |
| Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Credit Card Security: All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |

Guarantee: All Tracking Products Come With a 3 Year Manufacturers Waranty. All Installations Come With 12 Months Warranty. Any Installation Warranty Shall be Deemed as Null & Void if any Part or Parts of that Installation have been interferred with or altered for whatever reason unless our express authorisation has been given in writing. Installation Cancellations: For all cancelled installations, at least two days notice is required. A cancellation charge of £35.00 will be charged without this notice. You can notify us by either email or by telephone. If the engineer is allowed to turn up at the job at the pre arranged time and date to carry out the installation, but is not allowed to do so, the full cost less any subscriptions will apply. No charges will apply if we have been given prior notice of two days or more. If your card payment has been processed and you then cancel the installation or incur cancellation charges; requiring a credit - a processing charge of £10.95 will apply. Problems Arising:Any problems whatsoever; perceived or otherwise arising from any of our Installations are to be reported to SOA Systems Ltd Immediately following such problem. We will strive to act on any received reported problem or fault and will carry out an investigation as soon as is acceptable to both parties (The customer and SOA Systems Ltd) We will accept no liability whatsoever for any work or audits etc: carried out by any third party or parties to either investigate or remedy the percieved problem without our express written Authorisation. Existing Tracking Equipment: If during the installation process our engineers come across any old and existing stolen vehicle tracking units, these will either be disconnected or removed (as there is a possibility that these could prevent your new tracking system from working to its full potential), unless otherwise pre advised. We will accept no liability and will not be held responsible for their disconnection or removal and any consequences thereof. It is the vehicle owners responsibility to inform SOA Systems Ltd if it is a requirement of the owner to leave any old and existing stolen vehicle tracking equipment in a working state. All used equipment that requires re-installing into another vehicle shall have no warranty whatsoever from SOA Systems Ltd

| Returns Policy: If Any Goods Are Found To Be Faulty Upon Delivery, They Must Be Returned Immediately for a replacement to be re-sent. All goods must be returned in original packaging & packaged to protect goods in transit. Any goods found to be damaged in transit due to incorrect packaging will not be refunded.
