Making A Purchase: To order your Tracking device, simply browse our web site to find the Tracker you require then click on the Booking form, you will find this on each product page. Complete the form and  press Continue, we will acknowledge that we have received your order via email. We then process your order and re-contact you to confirm the date of the installation. Nice and simple.

  

We accept payment from all major credit & debit cards.

We accept Visa - Mastercard - Meastro - (Switch) - Visa Debit -Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via email, phone, fax.

Shipping And Handling: All goods will be dispatched as soon as is practical. Goods will normally be sent by next day courier, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Schedule: We process your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in two business days .
Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security: All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee: All Tracking Products Come With a 3 Year Manufacturers Waranty. All Installations Come With 12 Months Warranty.

Installation Cancellations: For all cancelled installations, at least two days notice is required. A cancellation charge of £25.00 will be charged without this notice. You can notify us by either  email or by telephone. If the engineer is allowed to turn up at the job at the pre arranged time and date to action the installation, but is not allowed to carry out the installation, a charge of £45.00 will apply. No charges will apply if we have been given prior notice of two days or more.

Returns Policy: If Any Goods Are Found To Be Faulty Upon Delivery, They Must Be Returned Immediately for a replacement to be re-sent. All goods must be returned in original packaging & packaged to protect goods in transit. Any goods found to be damaged in transit due to incorrect packaging will not be refunded.
